Parallel Indian teams for Asian gateball meet

Dear officials of Indian Association of Kickboxing Organisations, you are wrong if you claim that your`s is the only Orissa-based National body of the sport in the country. It has been found that there are several such bodies in the state. Interestingly, a case of two National bodies for one sport has been known. The latest proof is the announcement of parallel National teams for an international gateball event. REPORT: Indian Gateball Association (IGA) and Indian Gateball Union (IGU) today announced their respective teams for the 4th Asian Cities Gateball Invitation Championship to be held at Hong Kong from November 13 to 15 and the 10th Anniversary International Gateball Tournament to be conducted at Macao from November 16 to 18. IGA team: Manoranjan Mishra, Niranjan Mangaraj, Prince Chaudhary, Biswa Ranjan Mishra, Sukhbir Singh, Jagbir Singh, Gurpal Singh. IGU team: Ranjan Kumar Mishra, Sanjay Pattanayak, Satish Prusty, Amitat Pani, Rebati Kanta Kanungo, Subhransu Pattanayak, Dinesh Pradhan, Jayasurya Kanungo.
